English Coonhound - Colby (neutered) - In Foster Care - Medium
"Colby" is an adorable adult male English Coonhound (Redtick Coonhound) who made his debut at the HSOV on September 13, xxxx after he was picked up in Watertown, Ohio taking an afternoon stroll by himself. Unfortunately, he was not wearing a collar so there was neither an id tag nor a dog tag to enable us to locate his owner. "Colby" has a red-and-white short smooth coat with beautiful red ticking, a long tail, and a handsome face with a large muzzle and long floppy ears. This sweet guy has a gentle, relaxed nature and has an extremely friendly, outgoing personality. "Colby" loves attention and seems to do well with other dogs and cats. Typical of his breed, he enjoyed giving us a demonstration of his tracking ability and also treated us to a few lovely 'serenades' :) "Colby" currently weighs 51.4 lbs., and he walks well on a leash. This wonderful boy has recently been neutered and is now available for adoption since he was not reclaimed. Please note that "Colby" is currently in foster care and is not in our shelter.
