"Tanner" is a handsome young male Pit Bull Terrier mix who was surrendered by his tearful owner on July 23, xxxx because he could no longer care for him. This sweet boy has a tan short smooth coat with white highlights on his chest, a long tail, and a darling face with trusting eyes, a liver-colored nose, and short floppy ears. "Tanner" has a friendly, outgoing personality and loved attention while he was having his photos taken. He wags his tail the moment you make eye contact with him (and speak in a loving tone to him). "Tanner" has a playful habit of nipping at his leash, and he is quite agile when it comes to jumping in the air :) "Tanner" doesn't appear very big when you see him in person though he actually weighs 51.8 lbs. He has been neutered and has received rabies vaccine. UPDATE: "Tanner" does NOT do well with cats and should go to a home where he would have no contact with felines.
