Australian Cattle Dog (Blue Heeler) - Stormy (spayed) - Medium
"Stormy" is a beautiful adult female Australian Cattle Dog/Hound mix who came to the HSOV on August 13, xxxx after she was picked up on Florence Street in Belpre, Ohio. "Stormy" has a reddish/brown-and-white short smooth coat with a white chest, brown freckles, white paws, a long tail, and a darling face with a wrinkled forehead, large floppy ears, and a dusting on white on her muzzle. This young lady was a little frightened when she arrived at our shelter and couldn't understand why she was in an unfamiliar place with so many other dogs :( But within a day or two, she was quite willing to walk outdoors to have her glamour photos taken. "Stormy" appears to have had a litter of puppies at some time in her life. She isn't a very large dog and currently weighs 35 lbs. "Stormy" is now available for adoption since she was not reclaimed. She was spayed on August 22, xxxx and also received rabies vaccine on that date. These updated photos were taken on November 22, xxxx as she was enjoying some one-on-one time during our Saturday Dog Walk :) "Stormy" has settled into shelter life for the past several months, but what she would really like most of all is a home of her very own~
